Alongside the industry accredited BSc (Hons) degree, you'll take up the role of a Trainee Assistant Site Manager or Trainee Quantity Surveyor where you'll develop and ability to be successful in your role. You'll be assisting the Site Manager in leading the development for the site through to completion; coordiating trades, directing labour and materials, whilst meeting a highly challenging schedule on time, within budget, with a focus on quality and customers.
You'll be assisting the Quantity Surveyor in managing subcontractors, materials and good whilst also preparing and monitoring site costs and conducting build cost analysis and budgeting.
