What sort of home do we build in the area?
We build a selection of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroomed homes, ranging from mews, semi-detached, town houses to executive large detached homes. We also offer 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments for those taking their first steps on the property ladder.

The North West is a great area to work as we have a great range of sites all over the region - we aren’t just confined to city sites with apartment blocks or exclusive country developments with large executive homes. The North West is a great area to live as it has something for everyone – large cities are interspersed with beautiful open landscapes. Infamously home to the Beatles, Liverpool has previously been crowned the European Capital of Culture and boasts an exceptionally varied social scene, as does Manchester, the home of two of Europe’s greatest football teams all linked by a vast network of trains, and motorway making travel between towns and cities a simple and carefree task.
Away from the Hustle and Bustle of the North Wests various cities, travel to the Lake District can or smaller towns such as Blackpool and Chester, may offer something that the bigger cities simply cannot.
Making all of these experiences possible, the North West offers a much more affordable standard of living in comparisons to southern areas as highlighted in rent and mortgage prices as well as day-to-day expenses which helps to provide the perfect platform for a career in your chosen discipline.
What social events / activities are in the local area?
There are a number of flagship social events which attract people from all over the UK such as Parklife Festival and the infamous Warehouse Project, both of which are an indication of Manchester’s ever growing social circuit. Manchester has not only the Arndale Centre but also the Trafford Centre, indoor ski-slope (the Chill Factor), and the quirky Northern Quarter in Manchester City Centre.
Outside of Manchester, Liverpool is home to the the newly rejuvenated L1 Shopping Centre opposite the famous Albert Docks where the Liverpool Echo Arena sits playing host to the world’s most famous entertainment acts.
Talking of prestigious events, Liverpool hosts the world famous Grand National among its racing calendar, earmarking the North West as the home of horse racing with racecourses such as Chester also becoming a popular North West staple.
National Trust parks are also growing in popularity from afar highlighted none more so than Tatton Park.
