Our undergraduate programme lasts for 12 months and offers a realistic, stretching and highly enjoyable introduction to one of the UK’s most competitive industry sectors.
On our 12-month programme, you’ll complete six one-week rotations in different departments to help you build a bigger picture of our business. For the remainder of the placement, you’ll specialise in your chosen department, where you’ll be given more responsibility.
We are able to accomodate a small number of shorter placements aimed at those studying at universities where year in industry placements are not supported. Summer placements will also be offered to first and second year Built Environment students who demonstrate high potential throughout the application process.
If you join us on our 12-month undergraduate placement programme, you'll rotate across the following departments; Land & Planning, Commercial, Finance, Sales, Construction and Technical. You’ll have a dedicated coach, who will work with you day to day, making sure you have the technical knowledge you need to do a good job. There will be plenty of opportunities to get involved and show us what you can do. Regular reviews and feedback from your manager will help you monitor your progress.
We understand that the transition from student life to full-time work can be daunting. That's why we’ll appoint a buddy for you – a current or recent graduate trainee, who will show you the ropes and answer any questions.
